Abstrak

This study uses associative namely to see the relationship between two or more variables.
The sample in this study amounted to 6 companies contained in the Indonesia Stock
Exchange. As for the results of this study, the t-count value for Capital Adequacy Ratio is
2.254 and ttabel with known amounting to 2,051 (2,254> 2,051). From the results of this
study obtained a significant value of Capital Adequacy Ratio based on the t test obtained
has a significance value of 0.033 (sig. 0.033 0.05), the tcount for Managerial Ownership is -2.278 and ttable with a known
value of 2.051. From the results of this study obtained a significant value of Managerial
Ownership based on the obtained t test has a significant number of 0.031 (sig. 0.031
